Given that our products are registered and monitored by the FDA, for your order to qualify for a return, it must be within 30 days of purchase, unopened, and in resalable condition. After 30 days, no returns can be accepted. To return an item, contact RTPR at 877-787-7180 for Return Authorization number and return shipping address. When returning the item, the RA# must be referenced on the shipping label or package will be refused. The RA# is valid from 30 days of issue date. The Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. RTPR is not responsible for any lost packages or fees incurred by packages that are incorrectly addressed due to customer error. RTPR will issue refunds if an item is returned in accordance with the Return Policy and within the allowable return period. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receipt of returned products and will be returned to the original method of payment. Refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to fully process based on your financial institution.
