Diabetics should try to keep good blood flow in feetIf you have diabetes, you know that poor blood circulation in the feet can make it harder for the body to heal sores and fight infection in the foot. For instance, when you are sitting down try to elevate your feet, go for a walk regularly, and always avoid crossing your legs.
